Saturday, March 27, 2021 - Clear deep ruby with staining legs; clean medium plus nose of cassis jam, vanilla, floral citrus, blueberry jam, barnyard and garrigue; dry; high acidity; medium tannins; high alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate has fruit payoff and addition of cocoa; long finish; still a baby but shows great promise; don’t drink for at least another year
