Monday, May 23, 2022 - WSET 3 - session 8 (Utrecht): Deep ruby, with high intensity on the nose with aroma’s of mint, green bell pepper, black olives, eucalyptus, ceder and coffee. The wine is dry, with medium+ acidity, high alcohol, high (ripe) tannins, full body and medium finish. Too young for me
