Friday, January 6, 2023 - Just one of those wines that pairs with anything (well… anything land based). Opened along with a Malbec with beef and chicken fajitas. Not a high-end subtle bordeaux, but a very enjoyable rioja that pairs with almost any chicken/pork/beef dish.
