Sunday, November 12, 2023 - Bottle 1/7. Pours green tinged light gold. Creamy almond and lemon tart and some oak on the nose. Medium acid. Palate follows the nose with baking spices, lemon tart and almond bitterness. Really pretty. As it gets to room temp you can taste a little alcohol which is its only small detriment.
