Sunday, November 27, 2022 - This was a complete shock as though Javillier is a great producer I have not always been a fan of his Bourgogne Blanc. From the word go and when too cold I was amazed how much concentration there was. Super acidity and great balance. Kept going and beautiful from first taste to last. A real eye opener. terrific.
