Tuesday, July 13, 2021 - Very pleasant again. Youthful bright straw colour. On the nose and amalgam of melon and pineapple. Taste is a blend of melon, pineapple, linden, hawthorne with a back end of apricot lending a sour/savoury finishing character. A certain oiliness plus the apricot contribute to quite a full mouth feel - somewhat distinctive. Overall everything is nicely in balance. An hour or so after opening the wine began to mellow and integrate to give a gentler and better experience.
