Friday, September 8, 2023 - Opened 2 days ago: it was restrained, not yet totally together. This evening it is a complete different story: dark cherries, blue berries, mouth coating, delicious basic Bourgogne. Most probably the best of it’s category. If you try now, decant, otherwise keep it another 3 years.
