Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - One hour decant, a rich nose that has earth and scrub notes to it, which extends into the palate as well, with a tart taste of cherry and an interesting complex herbal element. Cloudy in the glass, with a long finish, this is a very enjoyable bottle that is not like your typical pinot.
