Saturday, April 4, 2009 - The depth of the nose on this wine is incredibly deep and complex with lanolin, mineral, orange zest, honeysuckle for starters. But it has so much more going on. Its flavors deliver much the same, but with added dimensions of lemon, lemon zest and white flowers on the palate. Great cut and decent heft on the mouthfeel. This wine has so much going on now, but will have much more going on in another year. 14% alc. With crab cakes and watercress and avocado salad. Highly Recommended.
