Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - clean medium dark ruby. Classy Mourvedre
nose showed medium intensity and was actually rather mature. tannin medium, acidity medium. Should hold a few more years but I’m questioning my current drinking window (I have a bottle waiting for 2029)
