clean medium dark ruby. Classy Mourvedre nose showed medium intensity and was actually rather mature. tannin medium, acidity medium. Should hold a few more years but I’m questioning my current drinking window (I have a bottle waiting for 2029)

This is my 10th bottle. In an absolute sense it's got a lot of generic dark fruit notes, and a little jammy. It lacks the complexity and finish to be a serious wine, but (as others have said) for $12 or so it's a bargain.
For whatever reason, the alcohol bite was much more apparent on this bottle (it's 14.5%). I don't know if that's age or bottle variation, but I don't recall noticing it before.

Day 1: Juicy straight forward wine with cherry, plums, mild spices and coffee beans. A simple but enjoyable wine. 86 points Day 2: Similar with a little more spice element. Very fruit forward wine with cherry, plums and strawberry. Short finish. Crowd pleaser but lacks complexity to be 90 or higher. 85 points Day 3: Probably the best of the 3 days. More earth components featuring floral, minerals and earth. Nice fruit and better overall. 87 points Recommendation: For $11 a great QPR!

Rpe, deep, dark fruit jam with some savoury, spicy, herbal and chewiness. Seems to pack a lot into a modestly price wine, though the overall flavour profile is not fully resonating for me (I suspect this is personal, and still much I do like about the wine).

Nice pretty red color. This is what I call a pretty wine: elegant, soft but not diluted, almost polite to the palate. Polite means tannins in check and flavor that is not over the top. Might be the monastrell grape profile. Second day slightly more bite from tennis but not a step down. Felt this was a wine better than it's price point. I would buy again. Ready now with a bit of decent, but I would not age more than 5 years more. Recommended.

Phenomenal value for the money. Powerful, and complex aromas on the nose. Fruity, yet complex. Low tannins, and dry. Really lovely and can’t believe how Inexpensive this wine is. Easily competes with bottles nearing $40

Some reduction which blew off. Peppery, herbal and medicinal stemmy notes. Red bright youthful fruit with a bittersweet finish and medium length. Oak is well hidden. Distinctive Monastrell.

QPR alert: it's a good one! Clear, medium ruby color sowing concentrated, slow moving ears. M+ intensity nose with clean, youthful aromas of fresh cran-raspberry, rosepetal, smoke, saddle leather. Dry with medium body, med+ acidity, m+ tannin (very grippy/green), high alcohol. Medium- intensity flavors which mirror the nose: gamey, rose petal, raspberry, gravel, green peppercorn, graphite. Medium+ length finish. A very good wine - well balanced with a long finish, good complexity. Drink now.

Bright ruby-red in color, this wine shows expressive notes of fresh black cherries and red berries mingled with hints of sweet spice, toast and cocoa. On the palate, this accessible red shows silky texture, liveliness and long length.

Bright cherry and nice grippy tannins. A wine made for food. A little bitter and stiff on the finish meaning it’s 2-3 years out from better drinking. Great QPR.

Muita fruta, tanto no nariz quanto na boca. Taninos presentes. Acidez um pouco acima do ideal, mas nada coprometedor. Bom demais para o preço que paguei.

The Grapes of Titan's Wrath (Alicante - España): The most shocking thing about this wine is to see that score of 92 on a sticker at the base of the capsule all the lunch time. For the rest it is what you expect from a five-bucks wine: moderate fruit bomb, density not balanced by acidity and high alcohol content. Apparently this type of wine still has its audience so enjoy them with health. For Raul the white is on a higher step but I think I'm going to save it. Thanks a lot.

Holding up well from the last drinking. Opens nicely after about 30 mins. Smooth and rich but quite medium-light in body.
