Thursday, August 10, 2023 - Very good. My first time with this in Jero format, and wow, talk about the gift that just keeps on giving. Tasty, elegant, and deeply satisfying across three days, each offering slightly different highlights. Love the fresh red fruit, some mushroom, tar and savory elements, etc. Great sense of place in an elevated, yet completely approachable, traditional style. Excellent value in 750ml format, I should think. Now, and the next several years. highly recommended
