Thursday, January 29, 2015 - An interesting wine, that while still tasty, shows its age a bit. There seems to be a hint of oxidation, but not that off-putting... a bit like a Jura wine. In fact, this seems to be a cross between an Alsatian Riesling and a Jura white. Dried peaches, straw, citrus and saline notes. Dry and savory. This would perhaps have been more lively a few years ago, but it still provided some enjoyment.
