Saturday, December 26, 2020 - Excellent, amazingly distinctive style of wine. 13% alc. Has aged well as always and would age longer still.
Colour: viscose lemon with green tinges
Bouquet: honeysuckle, lemon, ginger and spice
Palate: as bouquet plus some stone fruit, rich and slightly sweet, but finishing dry, with cleansing acid and long finish. A bit like a riesling.
