Sunday, November 6, 2022 - This sells for $16-25 in the US. Organic. They even use sheep and cows to weed and add organic matter to the soil. They practice some green harvesting. Hand-picked from 8 estate vineyards. Partial ferment with native yeasts. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel at cooler temperatures. Aged 4 months in tanks. No fining. Screw-cap. Starts off with ripe white fruit, but not quite tropical fruit on the nose and palate but some savory, herbal green vegetable notes eventually come too. Also citrusy with lime zest and floral notes. A little effervescent at first but it goes away. Good acidity. Ultimately, a bit more intensity, body and acidity than the Errazuriz MAX SB, but almost the same in style and quality.
