Friday, December 18, 2020 - I've made the mistake to write notes for this three times over the last years under the LBV without the "unfiltered" supplement. Purple. From the start without decant the nose is quite low in intensity as in the previous years as well. This is developing at a glacial pace. If you want to drink this on christmas you better have to open it now, because it is getting better over a week from the partly emptied bottle. The real challenge for me is not to drink all of it till then. For more details have a look at my previous notes. 5/12+/17+/10. Still to young maybe to get the best out of it. -2035+
