Saturday, March 2, 2024 - My first 2016 from Ganevat. As usual there is lots of lemon, but harsher, raw lemon and creamier, more like grilled lemon. Green apple, chalky and bready - or perhaps baking soda rather than bread. Shows some developed notes, raw honey and mature cheese. Really delicious. Florine is an underrated cuvée, to me it often performs just as well as Grusse En Billat, Grands Teppes etc.
