Sunday, April 7, 2024 - This has evolved beautifully since the first time I tried it about four years ago. Much richer but beautifully balanced by nice acidity and lots of minerals. There’s lovely citrus notes, green apples, a hint of jasmine, and a flinty note. Nice finish. Ganevat’s wines really need some age and this will continue to improve for a while. 93+
