Friday, November 25, 2022 - Nose of cherry, cola, mint, rhubarb, strawberry. Mild acidity, hint of oak, straightforward cherry notes. After some time to breathe, gets more bramble character, smooths out. Long lingering finish. This is not a super restrained pinot, but a little more forward.

It's not a super earthy pinot but very characteristic of Sonoma Pinot.
