PNP - paired great with grilled grouper and grits. didn't note color. Cranberry, tart cherry, dried earth, brown sugar and savory notes. On palate, medium body / acidity and low tannins. Nice long finish. Would buy again. 92+/-

Nose of cherry, cola, mint, rhubarb, strawberry. Mild acidity, hint of oak, straightforward cherry notes. After some time to breathe, gets more bramble character, smooths out. Long lingering finish. This is not a super restrained pinot, but a little more forward.
It's not a super earthy pinot but very characteristic of Sonoma Pinot.

Light red, clear. Tart cherry, cherry pit, stems, baking spice. Medium+ body, medium+ acidity, low tannins and a long finish. Bright cherry, tart cherry, cherry pit on palate. Really enjoyed this and paired great with grilled swordfish steaks. 92-93.
Would buy again.

Delicious! I purposely held a bottle of this wine back to taste it with some ageing. All rough edges disappeared and only a beautiful, clean, and precise pinot was left. Great mouthfeel and clarity are hallmarks of this with that now tastes of pure red fruits.

Pretty good Pinot noir. Fruit driven, no funkiness or dirt here. Raspberries, dried cranberries, stone cherries, pomegranate, plums. Some spices on the finish with hints of cacao. Better with food.

A very good everyday pinot that hints a better days ahead. It has typical pinot fruit of strawberry, a bit of cherry, and a bit of raspberry. Very well made also.

Best value in the Sojourn line-up. Bright black cherry, asian spice on the nose and palate. One dimensional in this respect, but great depth and roundness on the palate and finish. Lasted two days. Drink this one young - my experience with Eric's wines is that the single vineyards may be age worthy, but the cuvee's are definitely not.

1/2 hour decant, was going for a longer but saw Cousin Pudge walking around with a glass. Bright cherry driven Pinot with a little spice and a nice smooth finish. Seemed to get better with more time in the glass or if Cousin Pudge isn't around a longer decant. Very nice SC Pinot.

Like a gangly teenager. Good bones but needs time to get itself together. Mid weight with strawberry and cherry notes. In two years or so it should be on its game.

Pretty young, but tasting pinot noir. We drank this bottle a little too early. It is still coming together. Lots of red fruit on the nose and in the mouth. Drank over two days with similar impressions.

Still a little young. Not as much body as older vintages from this winemaker. I attribute this to its young age. Probably should have waited a year or two, but it was a convenient grab when looking for a weekend wine. Muted nose which developed after breathing for about a half hour revealing some red fruit including bing cherries and strawberries. Flavor a little one dimensional, but again, I think it is an age thing"....

Cherry nose, light body, smooth, delicate fruit on the palette, bit too much acidity on the long finish. An OK wine.

Tons of fruit. Not overly complex. Clearly built to be a crowd pleaser and it definitely accomplishes that job.

For a generic wine, this one is a beauty. Lots of pinot character with excellent purity, mouthfeel, and aftertaste.
