Monday, April 10, 2023 - Tasted the 2019 Brewer-Clifton Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills and found it quite enjoyable. The nose presented butter, cream, lemon, and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, it was vibrant with an impressive oily mouthfeel. Initially, there was a slight bitterness in the finish, but it faded within an hour of opening. Overall, a solid Chardonnay showcasing the qualities we love in this varietal grown in Santa Barbara, CA.
