Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Cork was pulled the other night but we never drank it; gassed off and reopened this evening. Light straw coloring, apricot and warm dewy morning on the nose.

There's some butter on the palate but its not overdone at all. I don't know that any of my prior notes reference the balance between buttery and crispness, but thats the case here. There's also anjou pear. Quite pleasant and while not the best pairing with tonites mussels it worked well on its own or w food.
