Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Consumed over several nights. Golden yellow color and aggressive mousse on day 1, calms down but still present day 2. Honey and floral, slightly oxidative nuttiness on the nose. Sharp citrus lemon/orange on the palate, mineral, chalk. Excellent and punches above its weight.
