Thursday, April 8, 2021 - Coravin a quarter of a bottle into a 187ml bottle and put in the fridge from 4-6:30pm. Consumed during the Ridge Zoom tasting, 7-7:15pm.
The wine is clear, medium minus body, crips, citrus and mineral. The oak still present but doesn’t overpower the other components.
Drink or preferably hold. 92+.
