Wednesday, June 30, 2021 - Nose of white flowers, and caramel apple, but surprisingly unrevealing compared to the generous palate. Tastes of baked apple pie, pear and a touch of lively lemon. Also some caramel and mineral notes. Well-integrated and balanced. Quite lovely.
