Monday, August 30, 2021 - Opened last night. Very dark garnet, virtually opaque, glass-staining. Soft red fruit in the nose, bit of garrigue. Much ado about garrigue in the mouth. Grippy too. Drinkable, but should last a long time. 5-12-16-8: 91/100.
