Friday, July 23, 2021 - Decanted for an hour then finished five days later...this will go the distance. Blueberries, violets, purple sage, broiled steak and rocky terrain. The finish is long, with this middle that has grip and roundness. Fibrous tannins, and full body - this waivers from decadence to refinement. Drink 2022 - 2032.
