Thursday, March 9, 2023 - Knights of Alba (KOA) Candidate Dinner (Ai Fiori (Langham Hotel on 5th Ave)): It’s a bigger style of white wine (reminds me a bit of white Rhône’s with the fuller body). I like it in particular circumstances but it’s not for everyone. Some honey and floral notes. It was served semi-chilled at first and I think that let us taste a bit more and had some great aromatics. My light top up it was much cooler and there was less flavor going on.
