Thursday, November 26, 2020 - It’s Thanksgiving and I am thankful to be drinking this splendid Chard. So smooth, damn near chugging it. The fruit is mild and breezy, like marine melon/ozone. Vanilla cream and wood notes from oak are forward, in a tasteful amount. Acidity is spot-on. Wonderful effort overall.
