Tuesday, December 7, 2021 - My favourite Lato bottling as of yet. This wine is in a complete harmony and balance. Layers of refined tropical fruits like mango and guava, nuances of brioche and butterscotch, warm Mediterranean Sea breeze on the nose. The palate is complete rounded and smooth with seamlessly integrated acidity, sweetness and minerality. I am sure it will get even better with time.
