Sunday, October 23, 2022 - From an off-vintage of white burgundy, but it won with time in the glass.

At first pour it was a little bit tight and mineral with citrus and sour apple. But it slowly opened up to an array of yellow fruit, lime. Well concentrated and with good length and a soft buttery feel on the palate.

Really well made wine from a great producer. Even though it might still be a little young.
