Saturday, March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Rich, ripe, dense and chewy. Peach and apple with some baked apple hints, this has a sweet concentration that easily captures your attention. I think this will reward a year or three in the cellar, but best to enjoy on the younger side, probably the decade from 2024.
