Tuesday, January 2, 2024 - Strong notes of spice and nature specifically cedar. Definitely dark red fruit with a hint of licorice. Soft tannins not overpowering. Lingering creamy finish that hold to the sides of the mouth for a bit. Need to open about an hour. Drinking well now. Not sure how much more if any this wine will develop if held.
