Strong notes of spice and nature specifically cedar. Definitely dark red fruit with a hint of licorice. Soft tannins not overpowering. Lingering creamy finish that hold to the sides of the mouth for a bit. Need to open about an hour. Drinking well now. Not sure how much more if any this wine will develop if held.

Starts a little slow with shy scents of dark berries and solvent. After 2 hours it becomes more interesting with tobacco, leather, licorice, cherries and deep there is a scents of buttery fudge. Medium+ body, acidity medium+, touch of salty minerality, tannins are sandy. Finish is a bit like chocolate with hazelnuts and a touch of cesty bitterness along with cherrie cors. Think I stay at 90 despite some complexity appearing with air due to the quite closed stage I believe its in. I will let it rest for 5-7 years and maybe it has the potential to gain 2 points.

Medium reddish garnet in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & mulberries with overtones of floral notes of roses & earthy/dusty notes, spices, herbs, minerals & a slight hint of cedar in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of sour cherries, strawberries & pomegranate with herbs, spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Although it is presently accessible with decanting & extended airing, it will definitely benefit & develop further with additional aging

Some development, brick hues in the color. Obvious, but integrated oak, forest floor, cognac notes. Full and very tannic, but not heavy or over-done, just rich and powerful – a good example for Barolo and still relatively affordable. I like those chewy, big but not drying tannins.
Still very youthful showing hip roses, violets and with a hint of liquorice. The oak is pleasantly integrated and letting all the fruit sing on the palate with the youthful tannins still showing in the background. Still very youthful and need time to air or store in the cellar for many years. (Best 2021-2036)
