Friday, April 16, 2021 - Lovely again. It took awhile in the glass to open up, but when it did, it showed a lovely Meursault Perrieres nose of cream, white corn, and white fruit touched with flinty mineral, chalk and gentle touches of peppery spice. Very nice. Still rather youthful on the palate, this showed bright lemony acidty and a nice grip of mineral running through lovely, generous flavours of white fruit, maybe peach, cream corn, a touch of grapefruit at the edges, with just a trace of stony mineral and a smidgen of peppercorn spice leading into a sneakily long finish. Very nice indeed, with its best years ahead of it yet. Try again in 2025-2026
