Monday, September 11, 2023 - St. Emilion Grand Cru Classés Walkaround tasting, so just short notes (Amsterdam): 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The 2020 wine is raised for 16 – 18 months in for 50% new French oak barrels, 30% one year old barrels, 10% cement eggs and 10% amphora. The result is a round and juicy wine with elegant oak, good acidity and friendly, round tannin. 93 – 94+
