Thursday, August 4, 2022 - Jason’s ‘top’ village Burgundy (67 Pall Mall, London): Light yellow. Nose not particularly expressive. Medium to medium full on the palate coming over as very pure and precise with white fruits and plenty of energy. Really well balanced and confident without needing to try too hard. Vineyard rather than winery. Right up my street. Lovely. From Zalto Montrachet.
