Thursday, June 16, 2022 - Consumed over three days, best on day 2 and cold. Day one the lemony acidity overpowered the lovely herbal and stony mineral notes so they were much more in the background. The acidity settled down a bit on day 2 bringing everything in balance. By day 3 the fruit had faded a bit too much but was still quite good.
