Thursday, October 8, 2020 - Solid Sauvignon Blanc and probably one of the better ones I gave had. Half hour decant in glass and served at outside temp of around 67 degrees. Beautiful in the glass with just a slight greenish hue. Nose is really nice and smooth on the tongue. Not overly acidic like some Blancs. Green apple was prominent but slightly citrusy in its finish. Really enjoyed this wine and yes, I know, I am usually not a white person.
