Sunday, July 25, 2021 - Dark red and black fruit, cassis alongside some quite prominent and slightly disjointed herbal elements and a menthol note. Slightly toasty oak. High acid and medium plus grippy tannins at the start. With air, it softened up a bit and herbal element became integrated better. I'd give it another 5 years+ in bottle before revisiting.
