Friday, April 15, 2022 - Syrah night at Tasty Loong: Easy guess as a Barossa Valley Shiraz with its bold purple fruit and heavy spice, but it was not over the top as it still had the structure and acidity to back the ripe fruit up. Not my go-to type of wine but this was probably my favourite of the flight. Similar sentiments to Forceberry's note below.
