Sunday, April 12, 2020 - Pale golden yellow with flinty nose. Drinking very well for its age. Mineral and pineapple maybe even a little mango. Tropical. Went very well with roast rack of pork as Easter dinner. Also paired well with first course of heirloom tomatoes and burrata.
