Thursday, November 12, 2020 - Drank over 2 days. First taste is very ripe with gripping tannins. A little imbalanced like many wines from around Napa. Day 2 the wine has softened and not as ripe. More black cherry with still some tannin. Maybe gets better with some age, but may lack the balance for aging. Would be good with a Ribeye steak in day 1.
