Tuesday, January 18, 2022 - Nearly a year since my last two bottles, I see. Notes rather similar: slightly sweet cherry flavours, a sense of pent-up energy, very fine tannins and lip-smacking acidity. But it does seem smoother, more rounded, and slightly more open. Still, I suspect it is not yet at its peak.
