Thursday, February 24, 2022 - A really good C9dP with 80% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Syrah and already very drinkable. After 2 hours in a decanter the C. du Papet is showing it is in almost perfect harmony and balance. It is powerful but elegant too with rasberry, garrigue, some flowers and aromas of pepper and other spices. The wine also developed very good over 2 days and i think it will be better in a few years.
