Monday, August 2, 2021 - Quick note: sour cherry, freshly fallen leaves, a bit of iron and dried flowers. Fine brightness and acidity. Sapid, mouthwatering. Fine pairing with Amartriciana. Even bested a very tasty bottle of Sa’etta 2013.
