Friday, January 1, 2010 - Nice acidity and mouthfeel, evenly coating the palate with the soft, sweetness of the wine. Apricot, peach, agave nectar and just the slightest hint of citrus. Had this with bread pudding with caramel/bourbon sauce. Fantastic pairing.
