Saturday, June 2, 2012 - Popped at fridge temp to a deep golden honey color. Pineapple, dried apricot, and honey, with an interesting white flower and bee pollen component swelling in the mid-palate and carrying the finish, ending with a distinct toasted coconut note. Primary in its youth but not too sweet. I've got a few of these but the deliciousness factor might prevent recording any notes on aging.
