Sunday, February 24, 2013 - Baked banana nose with waffley character, cream toffee and some spicy hints such as cardamom and thyme.
Sweet medium bodied palate with delicate fruit flavours and a fine acidic backbone. White peach and citrus as well as white flowers, almond cookie and brown sugar notes. Dry mid-length aftertaste feels a tad hollow.
Rather finely tuned and a bit more airy performance with refreshing structure. Unfortunately the finish was somewhat uninspiring.
