Wednesday, April 24, 2013 - Popped and poured from split; drank over two days. Notes did not differ materially between the days. The color is a golden straw, with pineapple and marshmallow on the nose. In the mouth, this is somewhat “plushy” or flabby – the acid and structure seem to be lacking, which makes this a bit too much to handle. The finish leaves lush sweetness, but again prompts a sense of overkill. Unclear if age will help matters. 88 points.
